SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel combines exquisite produce, distinct flavours, seasonality, sustainability, and precision, together with exceptional service, to create a fun, fine dining experience.
We have two different evening tasting menus to choose from here at SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel. Our 'ORIGIN' menu is a shorter experience and provides a great introduction to our concept, encompassing the same creativity and techniques over a fewer number of courses, whereas our 'SOURCE' menu is a longer experience that really showcases seasonality and fresh new dishes from the kitchen in an immersive culinary journey - the ultimate SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel experience. Both of these options can be tailored to you with a choice of starter, main course and dessert, so that you can create a Michelin-starred tasting menu that is completely personal to you each time.
